1. Who we are

LynxIO Updates (lynxio-updates.io) is the official mailing list for LynxIO, a mobile OSINT platform. We use this domain exclusively to send newsletters and product updates to registered users of the LynxIO application.

2. Data we collect

We collect your email address when you subscribe to our newsletter or when you register an account on the LynxIO application. We do not purchase, rent, or scrape email lists.

3. How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to send you product updates, feature announcements, and newsletters about LynxIO. We send a maximum of 1–2 emails per week.

4. Opt-in & Unsubscribe

All subscribers have explicitly opted in by creating an account on LynxIO or subscribing through our website. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Requests are processed immediately.

5. Data storage

Email data is stored securely on servers located in Europe (Germany). We use Amazon SES for email delivery, which processes data according to AWS privacy standards.

6. Bounce & Complaint handling

We actively monitor bounces and spam complaints via Amazon SNS. Addresses that bounce or mark our emails as spam are automatically suppressed from future sends.

7. GDPR compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at team@lynxio-updates.io.
